Question about WD Red Plus

What's wrong with installing this WD Red in a normal desktop PC? I just want to install another safe HD besides SSD and existing 2 TB HD Seagate?

That is difficult to say. WD Red are designed for continuous operation. They are probably more sensitive to switching on and off. But for pure fail-safety, this is probably still the best choice. If you want to focus on security, I recommend a RAID 1 with two WD Blue. RAID 1 always writes to two hard disks in parallel. If one fails, everything continues without interruption.

Yep. The best security is ALWAYS a backup, even better: a RAID system and a backup. The encryption Trojan directly encrypts both disks in RAID1...

Security is not optimised by a better hardware part....nie nie nie
