Question about Sonoff Relay Universal Module RE5V1C WiFi

Load which can be switched - Operating voltage ? are there some with 12/24V DC but also 240V AC ? - Really version WLAN and not Zigbee ? are there also both... I also have a question about the scope of delivery 😋 Is the switching actuator supplied with the power station? (@Digitec has made a mistake). Thank you for the feedback 👍
