Phone worked only 50 days

The phone came in good condition, but apparently with the cheapest battery possible. The phone drop-dead after 50 days of operation, not charging, not working at all. Not recommended, and I wonder how this provider made it to be included in Galaxus. The device is already 48 hours in the provider repair shop with no response. Given the fact that phone is vital to our jobs' life, the service response is unacceptable. more
