I had an Inwin A1+, which was loud for my configuration (3700x + 1080ti) even if I changed the PSU and all fans to Noctua. Did a lot of searching, and while one can't buy Ncase M1 in CH, I bought the 2nd best i.e. this case.
With the same components as in Inwin, the case is much more quiet and runs cooler. Only downside was that there was no space under the GPU for standard fans, and I ended up buying 2 extra low profile Noctua fans, which fitted perfectly.

What helped me with A1+ and loud fans was rubber mounts from Noctua. As case was vibrating a lot with normal screws in the base.
PS. As low profile fans are louder than "standard" it is hard to believe it got quieter..
What noctua fans you have?
F12 and S12. I used rubber mounts for the F12s.
So I use in the TU150 following case fans:
2 x NF-S12B (side pushing air in, back fan pushing air out)
2 x NF-A12 low profile (both on bottom pushing air in against GPU)
I decided to buy the Corsair Commander to control the individual fan speeds, which fits the top of the case nicely - I ealier used a similar controller from ASUS but my new MB didn't support it, such a shame.
Good luck with your builds!!
