Nice whiteboard but impossible to receive it without damages

The first time it arrived with a hole and different hits in the central part. After filing a complaint, it got picked up and another one got delivered as a replacement. This one has a hit in the central part too. The package is very poorly done, there is no protection and it gets ruined very easily during transportation. more
