The CPU is designed to push the frequency until it hits the thermal limits. Essentially it overclocks itself. If you have a good cooling solution this should not be a problem, but if you think it is too hot then it is easy to use AMD Eco mode to limit to 105W or 65W with a little loss of perf. This is a spectacularly efficient CPU so even at 105W it will do very well. You may also be able to set the TJmax temperature limit for PBO to a lower value, but this is more complex.  more
