Das beleuchtbare Display stellt Text etwas schärfer dar als der Shine. Praktisch: Der Bildschirm sitzt unter einer Scheibe, die bündig mit dem Rahmen schließt. So flutscht der dünne Vision schneller in die Tasche.
Der Tolino ist deutlich leichter sowie kompakter als die Konkurrenten, wobei seine Leistung dennoch mehr als akzeptabel ist. Der Speicher fasst 2 GB, das für rund 2000 Bücher ausreichen sollte und wer mehr Platz benötigt, der kann die Kapazität mittels Speicher-Karte erweitern. Zudem ist die Shopanbindung sehr gut und grobe Fehler hat das Modell nicht.
Mit dem Longshine Tolino Vision erscheint die neue Version des Ebook-Readers von Thalia, Weltbild, Hugendubel, Club Bertelsmann und der Telekom. Im Test zeigte er ein kontraststarkes Display und gute Verarbeitung. Bei der Akkulaufzeit liegt der Reader aber weit hinter seinem Vorgänger, wodurch sich der Aufpreis nicht lohnt.
Der Testsieger punktet mit einem beleuchteten Dispaly, das sehr leserliche Texte darstellt sowie einem guten Handling. Auch bei der Ausstattung gibt es kaum etwas auszusetzen und auch das Gewicht ist gering, sodass sowohl die Bedienung als auch der Transport leicht fallen. Bei den Zusatzfunktionen muss das Modell allerdings passen.
Der neue Tolino ist deutlich verbessert worden und stellt die Texte auch besser dar. Die LED Beleuchtung ist allerdings etwas ungleichmäßig, sodass ein leichter Schatten am unteren Ende des Displays sichtbar wird. Dennoch ein solides Gerät zu einem guten Preis.
