As a single man who now has to run his own household, the right iron is already an important decision after the divorce. ;0) I relied on the reviews of others, although I found the power of 2200 watts a bit low. I almost enjoy ironing with it because it just smooths well.

I have often heard of Laurastar products - especially positive. Therefore, I was very curious how ironing with the Laurastar Air Plus Black steam ironing station would be. The set-up and commissioning of the system went well, even though it takes a lot more time than a normal iron. I tested all types of laundry throughout, from tea towels, shirts, business shirts to blazers (which I tried to straighten vertically). The ironing result itself was also generally okay, but not better than with the conventional iron. Unfortunately, the system smells very unpleasant, and it often leaves water spots on the laundry. Also, the vertical "steam ironing" did not work so well for me. I couldn't find any time savings by ironing with the LauraStar Lift, as it takes longer to set up than with the conventional iron. In view of the rather high price, I will probably iron my mountains of laundry with a normal iron in the future.

The product is good for daily use and an excellent ironer. However, the tank is too small.

A true revolution. I bought 5 new shirts after the first ironing, because now even ironing is fun.
