Ingenious! We were looking for a cooling option for our trunk (MINI Countryman), where our dog (Labrador lady) each longer distances with "must" drive and despite air-conditioned passenger compartment in the back of the trunk at these temperatures sometimes sits up and pants. Now we drove to Paris and she never had to pant even once. And when we opened the trunk each time during breaks cool air actually came out and her neck was cool too. This made her lie down a lot more and she hardly ever sat in the trunk, which is also a safety aspect for the dog (since dogs are more protected in accidents when lying in the car (box or, as in our case, small trunk)). Our tip to Galaxus: at the pet supplies also apply 👍 EvaChill consumed 1.5 liters of water in this total 7 hours drive.

I set up a measuring device with a distance of about 40 cm. Conclusion: the air became warmer and warmer, but the humidity increased.

It is an air cooler, not an a/c, so do not expect the same effect. It cools the air where it blows, but only in one direction.
The best way to think of this cooling device is as a fan that discharges cool air. This works through the evaporation of the enclosed water.
The device is not cheap and the evaCHILL is very limited in its operability compared to the original Evapolar.

Even though it's a bit expensive - it was worth every centime😍
Filter stinks after just three weeks, and what a new one costs you can look up here. Our small room was quickly flooded with muddy, humid air, so finger away from all these products (as also recommended in various YouTube test videos).
