Arlo VMS3230 set of 2
1280 x 720 pixels
Good idea but contrary to the Digitec Intro description, these are not rechargeable batteries but expensive photo batteries. 4 x per camera x 6 months (shorter depending on use) results in very high operating costs. Sep. buy batteries plus charger are the better solution and supported by the manufacturer. Can't understand why they don't include a charging port in the camera, many users will keep it stationary. In addition, some cloud features in the Ueberwachung only in the subscription usable.

Easy mounting, simple and quick installation on the PC, easy adjustment of the camera as the camera is magnetically attached to a hemisphere. Expandable up to 5 cameras. Good picture (720p). No cabling necessary, or camera has autonomous power supply. Sufficient radius of action (at least 30 metres for me).

I can definitely recommend the Netgear Arlo, despite minor issues.
The system is very easy and quick to install.
The control via PC (Windows) and IPhone works perfectly and is easy to use. The motion reports are sent reliably to the e-mail and to the iPhone.
Operation via the iPhone is simply no problem.
The Arlo system is great and reliably fulfils the functions listed in the description.

Was looking for a camera so that I can keep an eye on my pets (degus) even when I'm away. The little rodents get up to a lot of mischief....
Easy installation, everything works perfectly. I love the motion detector and the notification function.
So far, it's exactly what I was looking for and without causing any additional cable clutter!

Quite a good product and easy to install. However, setting up motion detection takes some getting used to, but once you have grasped the concept, it works quite well. If you install cameras outdoors and work with motion detection, you will have to invest some time until it works as desired, because, for example, every bird that flies by in front of the camera, wind that moves the branches of a tree or rising hot air on a façade can trigger an alarm. At the moment, it is not (yet?) possible to exclude zones in the camera's field of view where motion sensitivity is not desired from the motion detection, as is actually standard with every surveillance camera. The only option is to use digi-zoom to avoid such zones. The app still needs to be improved, but you can work well with the browser.

I was a little sceptical before I bought it, both about the batteries and the Wi-Fi reception. After 2 months of use, the following conclusion: batteries still "full" according to the display. I have connected the base station to a TP Link TL RE200 and the camera about 30 metres away on the terrace outside. I always have a good connection, even if I sometimes unplug the base station at night, it automatically reconnects in the morning. The app for Android and iOS works without any problems. The configuration is also very simple and it also works on the PC/Mac via web browser without any problems.
The camera itself also works perfectly. Configurable motion sensor and also the night shots are very good.
I can highly recommend the product, for me the main reason for buying it was the technology with battery and WLAN, as I don't have any electricity in the place where it is mounted. The battery life also looks very good and if you have to change the batteries every 6 months, it's not that expensive.
