The universal CSL USB SmartCard Reader is suitable for quick online identification with online services such as e-banking or for your tax return, for example. With the chip card reader, bank and credit cards, debit cards, health and insurance cards, as well as driver cards can be read quickly and easily.
The chip card reader is compatible with a wide range of chip cards and can be used for fast online identification simply by inserting a card. It reads chip cards according to the internationally recognized ISO standard 7816. The device indicates its operational status through the integrated LED indicator. Your relevant information will automatically appear on the screen, provided you have installed and started compatible chip card software. This means you no longer have to enter your data manually.
