AeroCool V3X Black Edition

The V3X impresses with its stylish black front, featuring a robust mesh grille at the bottom and three glossy black 5.25-inch bays above it. Accordingly, the case can accommodate the same number of optical drives inside. Crowned above the drive slots is an I/O panel with two USB 2.0 ports, audio connections, status LEDs, and power and reset buttons.

The tidy look is characterized by pleasant symmetry and clear lines. The left side panel includes two fan mounting spots in a slightly outwardly curved area, which can be filled with optional 120mm models. If you choose not to use them, CPU coolers can reach up to 170mm in height, which is impressive for such a slim case, thanks in part to the bulge.

Another 120mm fan slot is located behind the mesh in the front, and a pre-installed 80mm fan takes care of expelling warm air from the back. This makes it easy to achieve efficient airflow, effectively cooling the installed components. In addition to the aforementioned maximum of three 5.25-inch drives, the Aerocool V3X can also accommodate up to four 3.5-inch hard drives and two 2.5-inch SSDs.

The interior is entirely black, including the tray that supports ATX and Micro-ATX motherboards and features a large cutout for easy cooler replacement without removing the board. Additionally, the drive bay allows for traditional mounting of hard drives and some side mounting for SSDs. The optional power supply is positioned at the top rear and actively contributes to warm air expulsion with its fan.
