Xbox leaks: Microsoft wanted to buy Nintendo and Valve. No "Elder Scrolls 6" for PS5
by Philipp Rüegg
This week there was an insight into internal Microsoft documents. But we also had a lot to talk about. Kevin and editor-in-chief Martin had a heated discussion about whether smartwatches make sense or not.
Some exciting information has come to light from leaked Microsoft documents. Philipp has summarised them here. If you'd rather listen to it than read it, you can also listen to the latest episode on our Digitec podcast "Tech Affair".
Are smartwatches now "smart" or actually completely superfluous? There are obviously arguments for both sides. Kevin and Martin have a heated discussion about it. Here is the drama in two acts.
While some are throwing arguments around, David turns his attention to a neat heirloom. The Akai cassette deck already belonged to his father and is almost 50 years old. That's why it wasn't quite so easy to set up. However, the effort was definitely worth it for our retro lover.
Anything but retro is Samuel's tested monitor. The Philips 40B1U6903 (no, I didn't fall asleep on the keyboard) measures 40 inches. With its size and numerous connection options, it takes up a lot of space - and also costs quite a lot.
And if you can no longer keep track of your files on such a huge monitor, here's a valuable tip from Flo. He shows you how you can make your Windows search more efficient.
If, on the other hand, you need good Wi-Fi, the TP-Link Archer BE900 might be for you. Martin dragged the router home and tested it over two floors. And it was obviously worth it: the results are impressive.
Meanwhile, Domi got his money's worth with "Phantom Liberty". The "Cyberpunk 2077" expansion throws Domi straight into the action and he can really let rip with his newly pimped-out character. A great way for men and women to start a well-deserved weekend!
