Top 2018: A few insights at the end of the year

What was actually the most visited report? Our most popular YouTube upload? The most watched livestream? On the last afternoon of the year, I'm going in search of the top 2018!
An initial look at our reports shows: Overarching content that is not focussed on a single product, especially in combination with promotions, performed particularly well. A similar pattern applies to the most-visited products, where availability certainly also has a decisive influence on the number of visits.

If you filter out the digital products, you end up with the Cleanmaxx ironer.
The most successful social media posts
Because we do not yet support the integration of external social media content, here is a relatively unsightly table showing our most successful posts per platform: [[table:2200]]
On Instagram, measured here in terms of likes, digitec and Galaxus were these two images: [[image:18410590,18410589]]
And the most successful livestream was of course the one on Black Friday. I'm still hugely impressed by the thousands of viewers that Sandro and I entertained for almost two hours that night and the 500+ comments that Dominik accumulated in his report.
The most comments, however, were on another article - one in which we gave away an iPhone. However, we now use a competition tool for such competitions, which we can also use for surveys and which performs better than the comment function.
What are you interested in?
I'm in the office for a few more hours this afternoon and can start looking for more highlights. Just leave a question in the comments and I'll look into it and see if I can find out anything that I can communicate.
And then I'll say goodbye for the last time this year and wish you and all of us a happy new year and a fantastic 2019 later on!

I’m passionate about observing the development of the digital environment – particularly when it comes to the countless exciting and interesting challenges and changes it has in store for our society, our everyday lives and businesses. Apart from that, gaming has been a part of my life since I first started out at Digitec Galaxus as well as IT in general, travelling, sports, concerts and good food.
