Nothing new in the West
In 1914, the First World War breaks out in Germany. Paul Bäumer (Felix Kammerer) and some of his classmates, encouraged by their teachers, quickly enlist in the army to serve their country. As soon as they are drafted in 1917, the voluntary spirit gives way to disillusionment: their instructor displays an unwavering sadism and the first images from the battlefield bring the reality of war home to them.

Everything Everywhere All at Once
Chinese Evelyn (Michelle Yeoh) runs a launderette in the USA and lives a quiet life with the usual problems. During a tax audit, Evelyn is suddenly catapulted into a multiverse. She learns that she can adapt the abilities of herself in the individual universes and link them together. As if that wasn't enough, she is the only one who can save the multiverse from a criminal. To save the worlds, Evelyn sets off on a breathless chase through the dimensions.

Triangle of Sadness
Models and influencers Carl (Harris Dickinson) and Yaya (Charlbi Dean) are invited on a cruise for the super-rich. Because the captain is permanently drunk and out of action during a storm, their ship sinks. The survivors are stranded on a desert island where models, crew and billionaires meet again.
