Angry Birds
A variety of birds live on an idyllic island in the middle of the ocean. Although they can't fly, they still know how to enjoy life in their paradise. Only Red, who suffers from mood swings, is occasionally prone to outbursts of anger, but his two outsider friends are able to put up with this because each of them has their own faults. When the island is visited one day by mysterious green pigs, it's up to these three outcasts, who couldn't be more different, to find out what the pigs are up to.

Young police officer Chris, who manages to land a job in Atlanta's most dangerous neighbourhood with the help of Sergeant Detective Jeffrey Allen, is targeted by petty criminals who carry out robberies for the mafia godmother. She has even managed to get a handful of corrupt cops to do her dirty work for her. But one particularly daring coup requires special measures: In order to have free rein themselves, the gang has to make sure that all the other cops are kept busy. And the easiest way to do that is with a "Triple 9".
The Man Who Knew Infinity
In colonial India in 1913, 25-year-old Srinivasa Ramanujan works as a simple office clerk. His vocation, however, is different: He has a unique flair for maths. Determined to realise his devotion to numbers despite rejection from superiors and family, Ramanujan writes to G. H. Hardy, an eminent British professor of mathematics at Trinity College in Cambridge. Hardy recognised Ramanujan's originality and brilliance and, despite opposition from within his own academic ranks, managed to bring the rough diamond to Cambridge. Ramanujan leaves his country, his family and his wife Janaki for a journey into the unknown. Once he arrives in England, he can rely on the understanding and trust of his mentor Hardy. Under his protection, Ramanujan's theories developed into formulas that would change the world of mathematics and the attitudes of many scientists forever.
Eye in the Sky
The fight against terrorism has taken on a different face in modern times. In many cases, soldiers are no longer sent in to eliminate dangerous terrorists, but the whole thing has become a high-tech war. Drones are used to monitor people and carry out attacks. Colonel Katherine Powell commands one such operation in Nairobi from an English operations centre. Two suicide bombers are located in a house, preparing for an attack. The surveillance camera shows it: the explosive belts are lying ready on the bed. Steven Watts is to kill them by remote control. Just before he can carry out the job, a little girl enters the death zone, causing him to hesitate. Accept the death of an innocent girl? Lieutenant General Francs Benson and Secretary of State James Willett are called in to make the difficult decision. The pressure mounts as time works against the military troops.
X-Men: Apocalypse
Since the principle of "Survival of the Fittest" was established, mutation, which proves to be the greatest advantage under certain changing environmental conditions, has been regarded as the engine for the survival of a species. And man, Homo sapiens, has always seen himself as the crown of creation. But now - with the appearance of the mutants - humans see their unique position threatened by Homo sapiens superior. And indeed, they are to be toppled from their throne. Because no one is more committed to the maxim of "Survival of the Fittest" than Apocalypse, the first of all mutants. But Apocalypse is not very squeamish in the fight for survival; even mutants who show weakness must be destroyed. When he awakes from a deep sleep after thousands of years, he is disappointed to see where evolution has taken the mutants. So he gathers some promising mutants around him, including the disillusioned Magneto, to correct what nature has failed to correct. And so the humans and the mutants around Professor Xavier and Raven must stand side by side to stand a chance against Apocalypse and his selection pressure.
