Google Pixel 5a with 5G: four months late, but it’s finally arrived

In a surprising and under-the-radar mission, Google unveiled the Google Pixel 5a with 5G last night.
Its full name is «Google Pixel 5a with 5G» and it’s Google’s new phone with focus on price-performance ratio. Its dimensions? 159.4 millimetres length, 73.7 millimetres width and an OLED screen with a 161-millimetre diagonal. The system is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G with a 4680 mAh battery and 6 GB of RAM. The new Google phone is equipped with 128 GB storage. Much of the hardware sounds familiar from the Google Pixel 4a. What’s new is the IP67 certification.
And by the way:

Yes, there’s a 3.5 millimetre headphone jack.
Sounds good. What about the price tag? Google positions itself in the mid range. In the U.S., the Google Pixel 5a with 5G costs $449, excluding sales tax and warranty. As sales taxes vary from state to state in the U.S., they’re never stated, but added in the minds of customers.
The Google Pixel 5a with 5G hasn't quite arrived yet, as it's only available for pre-order on the manufacturer's US store. The phone is also expected to be officially released in Japan. According to tech magazine GSMArena, the Google Pixel 5a with 5G will begin shipping on 26 August 2021.
No details have been announced yet regarding its launch in Europe.
