Get into shape for spring: Here are Garmin’s new trackers and smartwatches
Garmin has launched new activity trackers and smartwatches. The new devices look elegant and are packed with powerful features. The new Vivofit activity trackers boast a battery life of an entire year and one Forerunner model even comes with phone-free listening of up to 500 songs.
They’re robust, comfortable and deliver accurate data – Garmin smartwatches and activity trackers are a must for ambitious runners. But only the best is good enough for Garmin, so the American company has set out to improve trackers and smartwatches. The new Vivofit activity trackers and Forerunner smartwatches are now available in our shop.
Garmin Vivofit
More power and more smartness: According to Garmin, the new generation Vivofit has a 1+ year battery life and automatic activity detection. It differentiates your movements, recognises your activities and captures your data on the Garmin Connect App. You’ll only need to interact with the app if it doesn’t recognise what kind of activity you’re doing. The new Garmin Vivofit also features on-display weather forecast, a countdown timer and a function to find your phone.
Garmin Forerunner
Feel free to leave your phone at home when you’re going for a run. Garmin’s Forerunner 845 Music comes with up to 500 songs worth of music storage, so you’ll always have enough music with you. If 500 songs aren’t enough for you – if you can run for longer than 1,500 minutes – we want to know all about it. Leave a comment below this article. The other new Forerunner models don’t come with music storage, but feature Garmin Pay, which lets you pay for your after-workout drink or shake directly from your watch.
