Fitbit Charge 6: completely renewed with Google

The Fitbit Charge 6 is the latest fitness tracker from Google. The sports band focussing on health and fitness is said to have a battery life of around seven days and provide more accurate data thanks to new software.
According to the manufacturer, the Fitbit Charge 6 has been improved inside and out. For example, the physical button is back. This always takes you directly to the watch face. Following the takeover of Fitbit by Google, the wearables now benefit from the company's services.
More training modes and Google services on board
The Fitbit Charge 6 has 20 additional training modes compared to its predecessor, such as HIIT, snowboarding and strength training. In the gym, you can also connect compatible devices to the Charge 6 to check your heart rate during training without looking at your watch.

Leave your smartphone at home when jogging thanks to the integrated GPS. You can control the playback of YouTube Music via the tracker, but you have to take your mobile with you to use the streaming service.
The Fitbit app in the premium version is also available for a fee. This gives you customised workouts or your personal sleep profile. The app has been redesigned and runs via your Google account. The first six months of the premium app are free of charge.
Two practical Google services are now also included: Google Maps and Google Wallet. So you can find your way around when you're on the move and always have a means of payment on your wrist.

The Fitbit Charge 6 is available in three different colours: black with a black band, beige with a silver band and orange-red with a rose gold band. Other straps are of course available to choose from. In addition to various new colours, you can also use the bands from the Charge 5. It will be available from 12 October.
