Now live: "Counter-Strike 2" in the Digitec Playground Cup
by Domagoj Belancic
The Digitec Playground final is just around the corner. As a foretaste, we will be duelling in "Counter-Strike 2" with the pro team from mYinsanity. The livestream starts at 20:00.
On 20 April, some of the best "Counter-Strike" players in Switzerland will face each other. That's when the final of the 12th Digitec Playgrounds takes place. We are definitely not part of this illustrious circle - even if we had taken part. We, that's me and my editorial colleagues Domagoj Belancic, Simon Balissat, Florian Bodoky and Luca Fontana. A lack of tactical and hitting skills doesn't stop us from challenging the mYinsanity team. Alongside FlyingH1rsch, anyonye Home and Raclet Everywhere, they are one of the four Digitec Playgrounds final teams.
We start our duel with a few matches according to standard rules. Should we unexpectedly fall too far behind, there will be increasingly difficult handicaps for the snipers from mYinsanity. Or vice versa, should Digitec's "Furious Five" wipe the floor with the pros against all expectations. Twitch viewers can also make suggestions for handicaps. You can see how we fare in the battle against mYinsanity in the livestream on our Twitch channel.
If you want even more "Counter-Strike 2", then check out the twelfth edition of Digitec Playground. The big offline final will take place in Zurich on 20 April. The tournament will be moderated and analysed by Simon and Arty, among others.

Being the game and gadget geek that I am, working at digitec and Galaxus makes me feel like a kid in a candy shop – but it does take its toll on my wallet. I enjoy tinkering with my PC in Tim Taylor fashion and talking about games on my podcast http://www.onemorelevel.ch. To satisfy my need for speed, I get on my full suspension mountain bike and set out to find some nice trails. My thirst for culture is quenched by deep conversations over a couple of cold ones at the mostly frustrating games of FC Winterthur.
