Microsoft has finalised the takeover of Activision Blizzard. "Gargoyles" is being filmed as a live-action series. A Lucerne ransomware game aims to raise awareness. And "Cities Skylines 2" replaces its eight-year-old predecessor.
It took almost two years, but Activision Blizzard is now officially part of Microsoft. We talk about why it took so long and what concessions the company had to make. Furthermore, "Gargoyles", the legendary animation series from the 90s, is getting a reboot - as live action. Our expectations are high. We also discuss the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. It has developed a ransomware game to raise awareness of the issue. We tried out the game. At the end of the podcast, we talk about Netflix, which is now definitely going to raise its plan prices.
There are also positive things to report about Netflix. With "The Fall of House Usher", the company has landed another scary hit.
We played "Spider-Man 2" and "Cities Skylines 2". Both revolve around large cities, but in the latter you have to build them yourself. In "Spider-Man 2", you can immediately let off steam in New York.
