Having issues with multi-factor authentication?
Are you having trouble signing in using multi-factor authentication? The easiest way of getting around this is to deactivate multi-factor authentication, then set it up again. There are two ways of doing this.
Sign in using back-up codes
You received back-up codes when you set up multi-factor authentication. Ideally, you’ll have saved them somewhere secure.
You can use these back-up codes to sign in to your account once, then deactivate or set up multi-factor authentication again.
Lost your back-up codes?
We can deactivate multi-factor authentication for you. Please contact our customer service team via Assistant. The team will be in touch to let you know what to do next.
