Digitec can't deliver part of my order and the delivery date is constantly delayed. Can happen. What should not happen, however, is that reminders are then sent. Instead, I get another reminder today, this time even with the threat of calling in a debt collection agency. I don't have to understand why digitec would rather scare away customers than set up clean dunning processes that take partial deliveries into account. If you don't get your dunning process right, you'll have problems in other places too. You only have to look at the community (returns, etc.). Since the takeover by MIGROS, things have gone wrong here. I will definitely have to rethink my orders at digitec. What do I get out of free shipping if I then have to spend a few hours on such a shambles?
