Only the latest hardware components are used.
All systems are subject to comprehensive quality controls, accompanied by an all-round carefree service package and customer-oriented after-sales support in Switzerland. Joule Performance grants a 3-year warranty including Pick-up & Return Service to die-hard gaming fans. Warranty extensions of up to 5 years are possible. A support crew, consisting of qualified system technicians, supports the user also after the warranty period with all technical questions and concerns around the product.
