How to get this product work with Sunrise incl. the VOIP and IPTV Hello guys: I found a workaround. You can connect your WAN cable to a 4 port switch that should be able to support 10/100/1000 Mbs, something like Netgear. One connection goes to your Unifi device (WAN port), the other one goes to your IP Telephone and the 3rth to your IPTV. Please note: 1) If you have a fiber optic, you need to buy the following Media Konverter: converter Zyxel MCT-3002W2SFP-DR to convert your fiber cable to LAN. You can use the Sunrise fiber module to connect the module to the media converter. 2) For sunrise the VLANs IDs is the following: Internet 131 IP telephone 117/5 IPTV 121 Before you connect your IPTV and your IP Telephone, you need to configure the VLAN ID correctly in all your devices to get it to work. This solution has been tested. I made this workaround until Unifi comes with a solution. Eine Verbindung geht zu Eurem Unifi-Gerät (WAN-Port), die andere zu Eurem IP-Telefon und die dritte zu Eurem IPTV. Bitte beachtet folgendes: 1) Wenn Ihr eine Glasfaser habt, müsst ihr den folgenden Media Konverter kaufen: Konverter Zyxel MCT-3002W2SFP-DR, um Eure Glasfaserkabel in LAN umzuwandeln. Ihr könnt das Sunrise-Glasfasermodul verwenden, um das Modul an den Medienkonverter anzuschließen. 2) Für Sunrise lauten die VLANs-IDs wie folgt: Internet 131 IP-Telefon 117/5 IPTV 121 Bevor Ihre Eure IPTV und Eure IP-Telefon verbindet, müsst Ihr die VLAN-ID auf allen Euren Geräten korrekt konfigurieren, damit das Ganze funktioniert. Diese Lösung wurde getestet. Ich habe diese Problemumgehung durchgeführt, bis Unifi eine Lösung gefunden hat.
