Would recommend to anyone wanting to get serious with video sound
I was lucky to invest in this incredible microphone. It was connected to my Canon 5Dmk2 and Canon 5dMk3 for video shoots in my studio in Geneva and outdoors.
The minijack makes it a perfect unit to connect to various devices, and the flexible mobile support on a hotshoe is solid even though it might look like it's weak.
It has not moved nor has it let me down for all my video work.
I use it and mix my work between this one and the rode videomicro for smaller units.
The only downside was the change of battery which isn't easy the connector being under the microphone, once it is connected to the whole rig, that could be improved for future models, but apart from that it's an amazing unit.
