Why sell the controller without this
Firstly there was nothing to state on the xbox controller initially purchased required a dongle of this nature .
Secondly the controller was not supplied with a dongle.
Thirdly Digitec were not selling the Controller with the dongle and di not post any warning that it required a dongle.
These appendages are nothing more than a way for ALL the games manufacturers to rape their customer base and get away with it.

All in all it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth and dent in my son's funds.

Do you not have Bluetooth or searched on google before buying? Xbox one and Series Controllers have Bluetooth. One search could've saved you money. You're welcome.
