Absolutely worth it.
Installed on mid-2010 Mac Mini from 2x2GB to 2x8GB. Its using the full 1333MHz instead of the stock 1066 and the system is much more responsive now. Combined with an SSD, I just have a new computer for everyday work. Shipping was super long (7 days), but in the end I got it.
