Nicht gebrauchbar

PC hat gar nicht aufstarten können. Es kam die Meldung "Looking for media presence - no media present" und dann kamen die BIOS. Ich habe alles probiert aber das Problem was nicht zu beheben. Ich habe das gleiche Modell nochmal bekommen und hatte wieder das gleiche Problem.
