I don't have experience using the competitor's flagships. This phone is not perfect but probably good enough for its value.
Overall it is a good phone. Some cons. Sometimes the screen freezes. Hopefully, it will be fixed in future software updates. The accidental edge touch on the curved screen is annoying but can be fixed with some apps like Edge Touch. The battery life is quite short when the screen is on (~ 8 hours).
