My app does not connect to the device what can I do? The device is not listed in Manuel's search or I'm too stupid to find the device but I can't find Nuvola anywhere! Please help

Helpful answer

Install the SmartLife app, log in and select and connect the appropriate Klima Wifi device. The device must be in the same Wifi network as the mobile. If this works, it is best to connect the installation at home in your own network.
