Question about Furber Nuvola

The hose is for the indoor unit, as the air cools there is less space for water and it must be drained away. It is best to position the indoor unit slightly higher and provide a large container for the water or, as you say, simply drain it to the outside The water on the outdoor unit is caused by water condensing on the cold surfaces and can be ignored.

I have to agree with MooserD. The following is in the instructions on page 12:

"During the cooling process, the condensation water in the water tank of the indoor
indoor unit reaches a certain level before it is pumped to the outdoor unit and
evaporated. This means that there is water in the indoor unit all the time.

To prevent the water from leaking, do not move the appliance
or make sure the tank is empty before moving it."

This means that the additional hose is only needed if you want to move the appliance.

Are you sure about this? This is not explained in the instructions and I read somewhere that the condensation water is automatically pumped from the inner part to the outside during operation and vaporised/blown away there via the outer part. You only need the hose to empty the appliance when you want to move it.

Strictly speaking, there is no pipe. The two blocks are connected together without being able to detach them. There is a drain pipe if necessary in the outer block.

If you can lay the hose from the inside to the outside, that's it. Otherwise you have to empty the hose inside regularly. The outdoor unit does not have 2 connections for the water hose

The supplied hose must be routed from the indoor unit to the outside.
