I am looking for an appliance that can cool my small cellar, approx. 12m2 from 20 degrees to approx. 12-14 degrees. Many appliances have no information on this or "only" manage 17-18 degrees.

Hello
I don't think you can achieve these temperatures with a small mobile air conditioner or a permanently installed split unit. This system here is intended for mobile use (caravan or motorhome), you can only achieve what you want with a large professional unit that is designed for cold storage.
