Hello. Is it possible to disconnect the pipes to go through a hole in the wall to put the outdoor unit outside and reconnect the indoor unit like the mobile split. Thank you for your reply.
For laymen, no! An experienced, qualified refrigeration fitter who likes to tinker could certainly do it. It would then have to be refilled with refrigerant and the copper pipes welded...
As far as I can tell, that's not possible. It is permanently mounted, without any plug-in or screw connection. Nothing of the sort is mentioned in the operating instructions. If in doubt, ask the importer CH.
