Question about Furber Nuvola
Can the joint be sandwiched between a normal window seal, or is it too thick for that? Thank you in advance.
No, the connection cannot be pinched. There are 4 refrigerant lines and power cables in the connection. These must not be kinked either. With a double-leaf window, you can simply leave one leaf open, cut a wooden plate (so that it does not fly out) and saw a slot in it (at the top or bottom of the plate). Then it works wonderfully. Screw the outer part (compressor and radiator) directly to the plate from the inside with 4 x M6 screws.
This air conditioner is only suitable for opening caravan windows! Unfortunately, this is missing from the description!
