Hello, So to be honest, it hasn't been unwrapped yet as it's a Christmas present. However, she is already using it in her club (she plays basketball professionally) and it is a product that is used in the best European clubs. Besides, the whole Hyperice range is very common in basketball. Yes, the pressure is sufficient and the machine is really efficient. A real plus for recovery. And as for the noise, honestly it is really bearable. Personally I don't find it disturbing. And it's really used when you're resting. So even in front of the TV, there is no problem to hear the sound. I don't know if this is a real indicator, but you surely understand what I mean ;-)
