It is important that the Arlo Outdoor Camera with the Arlo essential 2k outdoor are integrated in the WLAN.
First connect the camera in the house with WLAN and Arlo essential 2k outdoor and then integrate the camera outside.
It is also important that the camera is always connected to WLAN.

Hello, try to do reset on your camera, open the shell and press the reset button until it flashes orange, and try to reconnect it, I hope it will work🤞
I have tried all of this without success. If I want to add directly from the Smarthub, this camera is not in the list, so I can't select it.

In principle, it should also be possible to connect this model without any problems. Something may have got stuck during installation. Remove the camera from the app and reinstall it, then it should work.
