Questions about Kärcher AD4 Premium

I ordered the Kärcher AD4 Premium (EU version). It arrived very quickly. But I'm missing the wheels...should they be included or do they have to be ordered separately? I think if you call yourself a premium product they should already be included...

Comments on this product complain that no CH adapter is included. However, it is obviously a CH version (manufacturer no. 1.629-732.0) and it is pointed out under the Galaxus specification for the product: "A power adapter may be needed to use this product. If this is the case, a suitable adapter is included." Can you please confirm that a CH adapter is included?
