Hello all... does anyone know the problem? Soundbar installed with app... sound with spotifly runs perfectly. Connection via optical to lg48cx. Optically set on the TV. When switching on the sound comes briefly... then it is gone. Switch off and switch on again briefly sound, then gone again....greetings and thanks
Also installed everything via app and worked fine from the start. Latest Samsung and connected via HDMI.
I assume it's an older Samsung model.
I have the same problem with my LG B9. It doesn't always happen. I then opened the app and saw that the soundbar had taken Bluetooth as the source. Don't know why? Then I selected TV (HDMI) again via the app and it worked again. I think the Bose and LG devices have a communication problem. If that doesn't improve, I'll try the optical cable.
