Hello and greetings, my Lenovo A540-27ICB has a mobile phone charging pad. Unfortunately, my Samsung SE20 5G (brand new!) does not charge and the option "wireless charching" is also activated in the mobile phone. Can anyone tell me if you have to activate the charging pad on the computer somehow and especially how? Many thanks and best regards, Petra

Hello with my Huawei P40 Pro charging works fine on the PC, put the phone on without the cover, preferably in the middle, it has a sign on the speaker foot. When it is charging, it has a white LED on the speaker in the front of the grille and on the smartphone it shows charging on the phones display. I didn't have to adjust anything on the PC or the phone. Only the Huawei is at an angle because of the camera, so I have to push it back and forth a bit and then it works. I rarely use it, it charges slowly for me. The original Huawei charger is 10 times faster. Maybe it's more for watches. Regards Jürgen. PC is great, with multi touch it would be perfect.

Is it possible to have more details about the "LIKE NEW + TESTED" statement? Has the computer already been used by a buyer and returned or is it just the packaging that is a bit damaged?

Reconditioned and tested items can either be a return from a customer with the packaging opened (often not even used) or a repair return from a service centre. You always have their description mentioned. However, sometimes part of the description is in German. Here it is: Article as new, tested by digitec Appearance as new: The item is in perfect condition and is not damaged in any way. Functionality: Like new Packaging: Slightly damaged Delivery content: Lenovo IdeaCentre A540-27ICB (27", Intel Core i7-9700T, 16GB, 512GB, SSD, 1TB, HDD), keyboard, mouse, power cord and manual The packaging has been opened and shows traces of glue. The seal has been broken and the packaging has slight cracks. Product warranty : 12 months Bring-in

Good day, The product description states the following: "Powerful Intel processors with dedicated graphics and extensive storage capacity. With an optional impressive 68.58 cm (27") QHD display and an attractive, space-saving design. The IdeaCentre A540 offers everything you'd expect from a home PC - from work to gaming. Log in with a smile, charge your phone wirelessly and cover the webcam." However, there is no dedicated graphics card mentioned in the specifications, does this machine not have a dedicated graphics card or if it does, could you tell me the card? Kind regards

Hi Alext86 As a happy owner of the Lenovo IdeaCentre A540-27ICB (27", Intel Core i7-9700T, 16GB, 512GB, SSD, 1TB, HDD), I can at least try to give you a possibly helpful answer. The computer itself has an integrated graphics solution called Intel UHD Graphics 630, whatever that may be. The speed of graphics, movies and gaming is sensational in my opinion, there is not much to improve (online games and Age of Empires). The retractable camera and the wireless charging of the phone are not a must but nice to have. Unfortunately, the keyboard is cheap compared to the predecessor and I took the aluminium version of the predecessor. But so far very satisfied with the rest. Best regards
