What is the difference between PKC and ESD, apart from the price? You have both in your range, and both have a key and the software for downloading. I don't understand...

Helpful answer

PKC = Product Key Crad; you get a key on a card sent to your home. ESD = Electronic Software Distribution; Here you get the key immediately by e-mail. With both variants you do not receive a medium, the software must be downloaded.

For Adobe Premiere Elements, "ESD/Licence" (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/adobe-premiere-elements-2019-deutsch-windows-mac-os-x-multimedia-11054305) can be found under "Medium". Now I have ordered and find the information under type of delivery "Shipping" including delivery address etc.. How should I understand this?

Hi Marin. I first had to think about what exactly you wanted to ask ;-) For me, when I order ESD/digital licences, the delivery also includes shipping (it is sent digitally, so to speak). You have to register at https://digitec.activate-here.com/CH/Home/Login (if you haven't already done so), then you can download the ordered licences there.
