Question about Nest Protect Set of 3
You don't need any additional devices for the part, do you? Simply integrate it into the existing WLAN or? How is the part mounted on the ceiling and is it compatible with Apple HomeKit?

The Nest Protect can be integrated into the existing WLAN. There are screws and a mounting plate, I couldn't screw the screws into our ceiling, so I used 3M adhesive strips. I can't say whether this can be used with Apple HomeKit. I use the Nest app on my iPhone.
