Question about Adobe Lightroom

Would you still buy it? I had Photoshop Elements 14 with a licence! All of a sudden it didn't work any more. I was able to use LR CC via a "diversion". That was really good. But now I've had enough of Adobe! All I really want to do is "tidy up" and not lose my sorting... ... I am not a professional who earns money with it. I'm finally looking for a software I can RELY on!!!

Affinity Photo could be an alternative. Like every time, however, the change is difficult but still feasible. Doesn't feed the subscription model. Adobe should know what kind of cheese they are making.

Maybe Luminar 3 or 4 would be something for you? For me as a hobby photographer, LR with this subscription obligation is also too expensive.
