With Office 365 Personal, I receive a subscription licence for 1 PC/MAC, 1 tablet, 1 smartphone. Can I also install this licence on two PCs under the same account?

No, you can't. The licence conditions are clear. If you want to use Office on several computers in the private sector, there is Office 365 Home, which doesn't cost much more and works on up to 5 PCs. If you have set up several users on the same PC or MAC, the licence applies to all users.
On the Microsoft Office homepage, you can log in with your account data (preferably with the device on which you want to install Office), where all the data about your purchased licence and possibly also your devices on which you have already installed Office are displayed and all your questions about Office are answered. There you can try to install Office if you already have a licence and see what happens.
