Why is the payload of the WALL 2245 only 20 kg and that of the WALL 2345 30 kg? The joint seems to be identical on both! Only the horizontal aluminium profiles are longer on the WALL 2345.

We can only confirm the manufacturer's statement. We do not know the physical causes. It is possible that the VESA distance is calculated differently depending on the item or that different screws are used.
