Question about Klipsch R-100SW
Why does the subwoofer actually have one input for the left and one for the right channel (stereo)? Isn't that enough if the signal is transmitted "mono"?

Mono is perfectly adequate. I have always connected it that way.
If a normal consumer had two cables to plug in (amplifier out L & R) and it only had one input, he would plug in left or right. But the bass is not the same, so you have to bring them together. I used to have one with only one RCA and had to get a Y-cable (still lying around in the basement) to bring left and right together. Klipsch also offers sets with two subwoofers. Then you need it again... LG BH
