Why did Glaxus send me an electrical product with a Non-Swiss plug in!!! The advertisement does not say anything about the electrical plug. This is terrible!
It is stated under "May include power adapter". Unfortunately it was not added to your order. Please contact our customer service directly, so they can send you the free adapter.
