Question about Zyxel AX7501
Why can't the LEDs on my Zyxel AX7501-B1, which I have just received from Galaxus, be switched off? The current firmware is specified as "V5.17(ABWW.7)F0" and cannot be updated with the admin user (entry "Firmware" is missing in the "Maintenance" menu in the Web-Configurator.
I was able to do a search and unfortunately I couldn't find any tips or tricks other than to reset the router to factory settings and reinstall it. If this does not help, I recommend contacting the manufacturer directly, as they are more likely to be able to help with such technical support. Otherwise, I am releasing the question again for those who want to share their experiences with us here.
