Question about Ubiquiti UniFi USW-PRO-8-POE
who managed to adopt this switch L3 on the console and which console did you use? because even in ssh I don't have the adopt function

Worked for me without any problems. Console is a Unifi Docker container - latest version. Maybe perform a factory reset with SSH? Is the device displayed in the console for adoption?
I still have a UDM-SE2.
The two USWs were simply recognised and added.
I have two of them in my home network and adopting them worked without any problems. You must use at least network version 7.5.176, I use version 8.0.7.
The console is a DMP with UniFi OS 3.2.7.
Factory reset often helps.
