Which PoE standard does the device have? There is nothing on the TP-Link website about the device being PoE-capable... What is the difference to the device for 137.-? TP-Link TL-SG3210 Smart Gigabit Switch 8 ports??? Thank you very much

The difference is exactly nothing... The switch cannot do PPoE, neither as input nor as output. There are probably two different suppliers behind the price difference. This is often the case at Digitec.
There is only a PPoE insertion function, which only works in conjunction with a Radius PPoE server.
